IT Assistant Manager

About the role

The IT Assistant Manager will be accountable for the end‑to‑end IT function across Plaza Premium Group’s KSA Cluster 2 lounges, ensuring reliable technology services for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for end‑to‑end IT function across KSA Cluster 2 lounges.
• Manage project delivery of IT capabilities in coordination with HQ IT, business partners and local vendors.
• Provide high‑level operational availability, stability and support to guests and staff, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, implement the IT strategic plan and ensure SLA compliance.
• Install, support and maintain hardware, network and software infrastructure, including servers, backup, POS terminals, CCTV, WAN/VPN and PA systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of IT services and project‑management experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
