IT Delivery Manager – Business Applications

About the role

Lead the delivery, support and lifecycle management of RCC’s non‑SAP business applications, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and continuously improved. Coordinate integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and act as the primary point of contact for business users, vendors and internal IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operational performance, monitor availability, incidents and service stability of assigned applications.
• Drive delivery of new applications and enhancements from requirements gathering through testing, deployment and transition to support.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLA compliance and escalation of service gaps.
• Ensure integration reliability between non‑SAP applications and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, supporting APIs, web services and middleware.
• Maintain governance compliance, change management, cybersecurity and reporting documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business application management, support or IT service delivery, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL 4, PMP or PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum and CBAP (or equivalent).
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• ITIL/ITSM principles, incident/problem/change and enhancement management.
• Vendor and SLA management, APIs, web services and middleware integration.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud functional integration.
• SQL querying, reporting and data‑troubleshooting tools.
• Application monitoring and service‑management platforms.
