IT Delivery Specialist

About the role

Our subsidiary SOOR is looking for an IT Delivery Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of IT projects and technical initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support project reporting and status updates.
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist in issue and risk management.
• Support testing, deployment, and transition activities.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Ensure project activities align with organizational standards and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT project delivery, project coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience supporting IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
