IT Helpdesk Agent – Information Systems (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Agent to provide first‑line technical support for our Grand Hyatt The Red Sea property. You will ensure that all hardware, software and network services run smoothly for our staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues reported by end users.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, patches and security checks.
• Configure new devices, install applications and verify compatibility.
• Educate users on cybersecurity best practices and assist with security‑related concerns.
• Coordinate with the Cluster IT Manager to implement solutions and improve services.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions and system changes.
• Ensure regular backups of business‑critical data.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Programming or related field.
• Minimum two years experience in an information systems coordination or support role within a technology‑intensive environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
