IT Helpdesk Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join Tamara’s fast‑growing fintech team in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that employees have reliable access to hardware, software and collaboration tools, and you will help shape a secure, scalable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure new‑hire laptops, provision accounts and grant appropriate system access on day one.
• Provide first‑line support for laptops, Google Workspace, Slack, video‑conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams) and networked printers.
• Maintain and support virtual and physical meeting equipment, including webcams, headsets and conference phones.
• Administer enterprise software, manage user creation, access control and identity‑and‑access management.
• Track IT hardware inventory, oversee procurement of technology equipment and maintain asset records.
• Lead onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth technical start for new employees.
• Explore and implement AI‑powered assistance (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to automate routine troubleshooting and improve response times.
