IT Infrastructure Lead

About the role

A growing organization in Riyadh – Al Aziziyah is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee and maintain its IT infrastructure. The role ensures reliable networks, servers, and critical systems while supporting upgrades, vendor coordination, security, backup, and disaster‑recovery activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure operations, supervising networks, servers, and related systems.
• Plan, implement, and monitor infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support information security, backup, and disaster‑recovery initiatives.
• Improve system reliability and performance while minimizing downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT‑infrastructure experience.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with networks, servers, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, IT security, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, Microsoft/Azure, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
