IT Infrastructure Management Associate

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Management Associate contributes to planning, implementing, and maintaining ASMO’s IT infrastructure, including cloud services. The role collaborates with technology units and other business departments to develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams or external vendors to ensure proper installation, configuration, and integration of servers, networks, storage, database systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Periodically report on overall infrastructure performance.
• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure successful IT infrastructure deployment.
• Use monitoring tools and techniques to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.
• Analyze and diagnose infrastructure issues, coordinate with support teams or vendors, and implement corrective measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent (required).
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Associate (preferred).
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• 0‑3 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
