IT Manager – Multifamily Property Technology

About the role

The IT Manager will serve as the on‑site technology lead for Flow’s multifamily properties, overseeing software implementation, maintenance, and user training. Reporting to the COO, this role ensures that building‑wide technology systems operate smoothly and support resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain multifamily software platforms and integrated hardware.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions for property staff and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships during system installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system outages and performance issues.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and serve as subject‑matter expert for building technology.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in the multifamily residential property management industry.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or completion of technical telecommunications courses.
• Hands‑on experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrate, CRM, screening and resident applications.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer‑service communication skills.
