IT Manager – Retail Technology Leadership

About the role

Our client, a leading luxury retailer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology initiatives across its retail operations. This managerial‑level position requires a hands‑on leader with strong retail experience and a proven track record in implementing enterprise software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of IT initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Manage enterprise software implementations, upgrades, integrations and ongoing support.
• Oversee CRM and e‑commerce platforms to ensure they meet business and customer needs.
• Drive digital transformation across retail operations and customer‑facing services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks and resources.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, scalable and integrated with relevant business processes.
• Support change management, user adoption and training for new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT Manager or comparable managerial role.
• Strong experience in the retail sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, CRM and e‑commerce platforms.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and team‑management skills.
