IT Performance Management Specialist Professional

About the role

The IT Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the IT performance management system, ensuring alignment with service provider SLAs and business objectives. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators across the IT function and providing regular operational feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the IT performance management system, including defining service provider SLAs in line with design, delivery, and development requirements.
• Monitor IT function performance across all KPI dimensions and deliver regular operational feedback.
• Coordinate information gathering, data analysis, and timely submission of up-to-date statistics such as KPI scorecards, budget, and delivery status summaries.
• Compile departmental KPIs and produce required IT performance and management reports.
• Collaborate with HR to set individual and departmental KPIs and ensure deadlines are met.
• Own and coordinate periodic appraisal activities in alignment with HR, ensuring appraisal deadlines are respected.
• Ensure the IT department follows HR policies and strategies.
• Perform any other duties related to IT Performance Management as assigned by the line manager.
