IT Project Manager – Technology Delivery & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology workstreams across digital platforms, infrastructure, integrations, data platforms, cybersecurity, CRM, CMS and enterprise applications. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while aligning with programme objectives and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technology workstreams, including digital platforms, infrastructure, integrations and enterprise applications.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, resources and vendor performance.
• Coordinate business, technical and third‑party stakeholders throughout design, build, testing, deployment and release phases.
• Drive RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, dependency tracking and governance reporting.
• Provide executive communications, steering committee support and delivery assurance across multiple vendors.
• Manage escalations, decision‑making processes and ensure operational readiness and compliance with architecture and security standards.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in IT project management, technology delivery and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale system integration, infrastructure and application delivery programmes.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder and budget management capabilities.
• Experience with risk & issue management, testing & release management and PMO governance.
