IT Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Al-Nahda Educational Institution is looking for an IT Specialist to join its Information Technology department in Riyadh. The role focuses on providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks for staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily Help Desk support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software, OS and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, peripherals and related software.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and directory services in line with company policies.
• Monitor network infrastructure, assist with connectivity troubleshooting and apply system updates.
• Document incidents, solutions and keep IT asset inventories up to date.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and coordinate with third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Systems Administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Operating Systems knowledge and hardware configuration.
• Networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office and other productivity applications.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles.
