IT Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Al Nahda is seeking an IT Specialist to join its Riyadh campus. The role focuses on diagnosing hardware, software and connectivity problems, managing IT equipment and user accounts, monitoring network performance, and supporting system maintenance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
• Manage and configure IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, ensuring proper inventory.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions across operating systems and applications.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to sustain reliable connectivity.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Solid understanding of network connectivity concepts and ability to monitor performance metrics.
• Proficiency in managing IT equipment, configuring system settings, and administering user accounts.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, including system backups and vulnerability mitigation.
• Ability to document technical issues, solutions, and IT activities clearly and accurately.
