IT Specialist – Technical Support & ERP (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Advanced Aircraft Technology (AAT) is looking for a Saudi national to join our team as an IT Specialist. You will be responsible for delivering day‑to‑day technical support, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software and system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, applications and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access levels.
• Support and monitor IT networks, communications and overall infrastructure.
• Monitor system and network performance, diagnose failures and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain IT assets, track hardware/software inventory and software licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Perform data backups and follow business continuity procedures.
• Implement and enforce information security and data‑protection policies.
• Prepare and update IT documentation, procedures and periodic reports.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in technical support, IT infrastructure or network support.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems – Odoo and SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of user account and permission management.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT asset management, license monitoring and data backup procedures.
