IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver first‑ and second‑line technical assistance, manage Microsoft 365 services and ensure a secure, reliable IT environment across our offices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for employees and office systems.
• Configure laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and user accounts for new hires and handle off‑boarding.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) and manage user access, password resets, MFA and device provisioning.
• Support Microsoft Intune, enforce endpoint compliance, deploy software updates and manage Microsoft Defender.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing and monitor IT/security incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems and assist IT projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or service desk.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced business environment.
