IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to deliver first‑, second‑, and third‑line technical assistance to end users across our offices. The role ensures the reliability of hardware, software and network services while supporting new employee onboarding and ongoing IT initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software and system issues.
• Configure, deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, smartphones and related peripherals.
• Support new user onboarding, account setup and device provisioning.
• Prioritize and manage support tickets to align with business needs.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software support.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
• Contribute to IT projects, policy implementation and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating environments.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, smartphones and mobile device management.
• Microsoft 365 administration and desktop application support.
• Understanding of networking, telephony and information security controls.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and office peripherals.
