IT Support & Systems Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel’s technology environment. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues, maintaining system integrity and supporting end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network problems for end users.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, patches and scheduled backups.
• Configure new devices, install applications and verify compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices and assist with security‑related queries.
• Collaborate with the Cluster IT Manager to implement improvements and document solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions and system changes.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Programming or related field.
• Minimum two years experience as an Information Systems Coordinator or Assistant Information Systems Manager.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
