IT Systems & Network Analyst

About the role

The IT Systems & Network Analyst will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role blends system administration, network management, and end‑user support to keep servers, networks, and business applications running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows servers, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure) and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, upgrades and manage Active Directory, Group Policies and user access.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity; configure switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and manage help‑desk tickets.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, monitor security alerts, manage endpoint protection, patch management and antivirus solutions.
• Document network diagrams, inventory records and assist with infrastructure upgrade projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering, IT infrastructure management or a similar analyst role.
• Proven experience with cloud services and hybrid IT solutions.
