IT Systems Supervisor – Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Supervisor to lead technical support and telecommunications activities within Marriott’s Saudi operations. The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing guidance to resolve business problems, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software, systems, and peripheral equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Enter commands and operate equipment to integrate and run systems.
• Manage, support, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
• Maintain records of daily communications, problems, and remedial actions.
• Train users on proper use of hardware and software.
• Plan, design, operate, and maintain telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
