IT Team Lead – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

The IT Team Lead will own Musanadah’s cloud architecture, endpoint, identity and overall IT infrastructure across all business entities. This role blends hands‑on cloud engineering with people leadership, driving strategic initiatives that enhance organisational capability and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, govern and maintain the organisation’s cloud architecture, including tenant design, identity management, access governance and licensing.
• Lead cybersecurity and compliance programmes, deploying security tooling, monitoring and ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Administer ERP user access, security roles and licensing, and support functional module roll‑outs.
• Design and sustain network architecture and hosting infrastructure for new business systems and digital projects.
• Oversee the IT Support team’s workload, ticket queues and performance, acting as the technical escalation point for infrastructure, systems and security issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ‑104) certification – required; Microsoft 365 or security certification (e.g., SC‑300) – preferred.
• Experience with ERP administration, SIEM and EDR security tools.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
