About the role
We are looking for a Junior Architect who is a Saudi national to join our team. The role involves supporting architectural projects through cost estimation, material specification and client interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and quantity take‑offs for projects.
- Interpret architectural drawings and material specifications.
- Assist in managing multiple client accounts and project deadlines.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
- Preferably some experience in retail sales, architectural materials, construction, interiors or building materials.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation and client‑management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and results‑oriented mindset.
