Junior Chemical Laboratory Analyst

About the role

Join MBRF’s laboratory team as a Junior Chemical Analyst, performing chemical analysis on finished products, raw materials and ingredients to ensure quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and register samples in the laboratory management system according to test methods and sampling plans.
• Conduct chemical analyses for products, raw materials, water, cleaning chemicals and record results in LIMS.
• Prepare, label and maintain reagent chemicals and solutions, and calibrate equipment daily.
• Maintain traceability, control records, preventive maintenance logs and generate lab reports.
• Support production, QA and R&D with analytical results and interpretation, and update laboratory procedures.
• Ensure laboratory cleanliness, 5S compliance and manage chemical inventory with regular reporting.
• Assist in ISO‑17025 system updates, validation processes and development of new methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Business‑level English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of AOAC and APHA test methods and Good Laboratory Practices.
• Familiarity with production processes and ISO‑17025 requirements.
