Junior Civil Engineer – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Civil and Structural Engineer with 1‑6 years of experience to join our Industry & Energy Division in Riyadh. The role focuses on industrial project design, covering both basic and detailed design phases while adhering to NEON standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop CSA project plans, including basic and detailed design, ensuring compliance with NEON standards.
• Perform civil and structural calculations based on local and international codes.
• Design steel and concrete structures for industrial plants.
• Analyse and calculate foundations for buildings, equipment and related structures.
• Utilise structural design software, preferably SAP 2000.
• Apply geotechnical knowledge to support design decisions.
• Contribute to business growth across various engineering functions.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from a recognised university.
• 1‑6 years of experience in industrial projects, specifically in engineering/design roles.
• Proficiency with structural software such as SAP 2000.
• Advanced English and Arabic language skills; native Arabic preferred.
• Basic Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Valid SCE membership and appropriate classification for experience level.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the Kingdom and to work in a multinational environment.
