About the role

The Junior Consultant – Tamheer will join a project team within a government organization, providing advisory support across HR strategy, organizational culture, and corporate transformation. This entry‑level position is designed for fresh graduates eager to develop consulting expertise while delivering high‑quality solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to execute advisory engagements in HR, strategy, and organizational change.
• Develop and deliver consulting insights and recommendations that meet client expectations.
• Identify operational and strategic improvement opportunities for client efficiency.
• Work with internal and external experts to tailor advisory services.
• Support internal initiatives by pinpointing gaps in operations and helping close them.
• Assist in maintaining proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Registered on the Taqat platform and meeting all Tamheer program criteria.
• Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
