Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing friendly and efficient support to customers across the EU, MENA and Southeast Asia. You will work from your home office, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat while contributing to a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and chat channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM systems and escalate complex cases.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and educate users on product features.
• Handle complaints with empathy while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, collaborate with teammates via virtual platforms and stay updated on product and policy changes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior experience in customer service or a call centre (preferred).
• Strong listening, empathy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset, patience and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
