Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information and empathetic support across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product and service information, process orders, returns and exchanges.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Document interactions in our CRM system and escalate complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and educate customers on features.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and meet quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in training, collaborate with teammates, and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong listening, empathy and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
