Junior Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information and empathetic support across phone, email and chat. Your contributions will help maintain high satisfaction levels and reinforce our reputation for excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and educate users on product features.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet established quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with teammates through virtual platforms.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong active listening, empathy, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain punctuality.
• Technical aptitude for learning new software systems.
• Reliable work ethic and adaptability to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for our international customer base.
