Junior Non-Key Expert – Communication & Knowledge Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Non‑Key Expert in Communication & Knowledge Management to support the EU‑funded Egypt Downtown Facility project. The role involves creating and disseminating communication and visibility materials, managing digital content and social media, and handling event communication to enhance the EU‑Egypt partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare communication, visibility and digital content for the project.
• Support social media channels and coordinate event communication.
• Organise, manage and disseminate knowledge products and related materials.
• Ensure compliance with EU communication and visibility requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Arabic (C1); French is a plus.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in preparing communication and visibility materials and supporting social media and events.

Required skills

• Preparation of communication, visibility and digital content.
• Management of social media, newsletters, success stories and event communication.
• Organisation and maintenance of knowledge products and dissemination materials.
• Familiarity with EU communication and visibility requirements (desirable).
