Junior Real Estate Analyst – Riyadh

About the role

KitchenPark is seeking a motivated Junior Real Estate Analyst to join its fast‑growing FoodTech team in Riyadh. You will support the Real Estate division by sourcing new properties, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights for the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source new properties, landlords and local authority areas across Saudi Arabia.
• Negotiate terms with owners and landlords.
• Conduct market research and analysis to spot real‑estate trends, opportunities and risks.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Assist in creating investment memorandums, presentations and stakeholder reports.
• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes and market dynamics affecting real estate.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and development teams to support decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate real‑estate databases.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Understanding of the commercial real‑estate market in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
