About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting our SaaS ERP and CRM solutions to businesses across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, helping to expand our customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calls and email outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline using CRM tools.
- Introduce SaaS ERP and CRM solutions to potential clients and articulate their value.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects, support the sales process and ensure a smooth hand‑over to account managers.
Required profile
- Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, SaaS, or software sales.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Target‑driven mindset and comfort with outbound calling.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management.
