Junior Service Customer Account Manager – MEAT Region

About the role

The Junior Service Customer Account Manager for the MEAT (Middle East, Africa, and Turkey) region supports the Service team by managing service contract lifecycles, coordinating field operations, and ensuring delivery of high‑value solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the lifecycle of service contracts and help Account Managers deliver contractual commitments and manage warranty periods.
• Act as the primary bridge between on‑site technical teams, logistics, and external subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
• Participate in updating key performance indicators and financial metrics, preparing data for customer reviews and reports.
• Manage day‑to‑day customer communications, contributing to issue resolution together with internal engineering and technical experts.
• Assist Service Account Managers in identifying and preparing service renewals and extension proposals.
• Ensure all activities comply with GE Vernova policies, internal reporting, financial accuracy, and EHS standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Up to 4 years of experience (fresh graduate) in industrial, energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing environments.
• Foundational understanding of industrial electrical systems such as electrotechnics and automation.
• Strong computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restriction.
