Junior Site Engineer – Civil & MEP (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Saudi Junior Site Engineer to support the execution of fast‑track design‑and‑build projects across the Kingdom. The role involves supervising daily site activities in either the civil or MEP discipline and ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, monitor subcontractor performance and material availability.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical construction drawings.
• Prepare progress reports, RFIs, inspection requests and other project documentation.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience, preferably in design‑build industrial or commercial projects.
• Saudi national (Saudi Talent).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Coordination of multidisciplinary site activities and stakeholders.
• Construction site supervision and monitoring of work progress.
