Junior Site Engineer (Fit-Out) – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer with fit‑out experience to support daily site operations in Dammam. The role involves ensuring interior fit‑out works are executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and schedules, with an immediate start required.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper execution of fit‑out works including finishes, joinery, doors, ceilings, and flooring.
• Coordinate with the HSE team to maintain safe site conditions.
• Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor material availability, report shortages, and manage equipment allocation.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and report progress, risks, and delays to the Construction Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit‑out construction projects, preferably in the GCC.
• Residency in Saudi Arabia with a valid iqama and ability to join immediately.

Required skills
