Junior Training Coordinator

About the role

The Junior Training Coordinator will manage the Customer On‑Job‑Training (OJT) programme at the Khamis Mushait site. Working closely with customers, the role ensures training requirements are met and documentation aligns with both customer manuals and Airbus Helicopters management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Review customer manuals and identify key requirements for training development.
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of customer technicians.
• Develop training assessment documentation in alignment with customer manuals.
• Build the annual OJT schedule in coordination with the Site Manager and Training Supervisor.
• Document customer technicians' progress and assess OJT effectiveness.
• Update the OJT programme according to customer manuals and develop KPIs on training success, number of trainees, and feedback.
• Prepare and present reports to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager and Head of Operations.
• Conduct site visits at customer locations as required and participate in continuous improvement of training processes.
