Key Account Manager – Food Service (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Unilever Food Solutions is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to drive growth within the Saudi food‑service market. You will act as a trusted consultant for restaurants, catering divisions and production units, delivering culinary solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily face‑to‑face visits with active and prospective key accounts.
• Own and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and annual business plans.
• Grow customer reach and SKU penetration across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with chefs, procurement and operations stakeholders.
• Provide complete culinary solutions based on deep understanding of client businesses.
• Deliver product demonstrations using top applications.
• Utilise CRM software (Salesforce) to plan activities and analyse data.
• Co‑create new limited‑time offers and innovations with marketing and culinary teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of key‑account management experience in the food‑service/HORECA sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong expertise managing high‑value clients and a solid grasp of market trends.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic annual plans that drive revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth.
• Ability to build relationships across all stakeholder groups (chefs, procurement, operations).
