Key Account Manager

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Key Account Manager and become a strategic partner for our most important customers in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the Jeddah region. You will help shape the future of snacking by driving growth, strengthening market position, and building long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across all levels of key customers.
• Define and execute joint customer business plans (JCBP) to achieve sales targets.
• Optimize resource use to improve profitability and market share.
• Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer strategies.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in Key or National Account Management within FMCG, preferably food or snacking.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage P&L for key accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
