Key Account Manager – OEM

About the role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is looking for a Key Account Manager – OEM to drive sales execution, account development and technical support for its key construction customers. You will work on‑site at construction sites, OEM manufacturing plants and customer offices, demonstrating innovative products and software while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit key accounts to understand needs, submit specifications and propose cost‑efficient solutions.
• Demonstrate Hilti’s pioneering products and state‑of‑the‑art software, providing after‑sales support.
• Develop and manage large accounts, ensuring consistent sales pipeline and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
• Results‑oriented, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
