Key Account Manager – Pharmaceutical (Dammam)

About the role

The pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with government, institutional and private healthcare accounts in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving sales, increasing product penetration and delivering on business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with sales targets and business goals.
• Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across government, institutional and private healthcare accounts.
• Drive sales, product penetration and market share across assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to maximize account potential.
• Oversee tenders, contracts, pricing, forecasting and product availability in coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 + years of pharmaceutical sales/account management experience in Eastern Saudi Arabia.
• Specialty care experience.
• Prior experience as a Key Account Manager in Saudi Arabia.
• Available for face‑to‑face interviews in Dammam.
