Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce (E‑Commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow our Quick Commerce customers across the Middle East. You will be responsible for delivering sales growth, market share, profitability and execution excellence while building strong partnerships with platforms such as Noon Minutes, Ninja and HungerStation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day commercial relationship with key Quick Commerce customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through promotional planning and execution.
• Drive assortment expansion, visibility, distribution and availability on customer platforms.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and distributors to ensure optimal stock and minimise out‑of‑stock risk.
• Execute new product launches and customer‑specific activation plans.
• Manage pricing, promotions and digital‑shelf excellence.
• Analyse sales and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and develop joint growth plans.
• Manage trade investment efficiently to maximise ROI.
• Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in FMCG, eCommerce, Quick Commerce or Key Account Management, preferably in the GCC/Middle East.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Required skills

• Strong analytical ability and advanced Excel skills.
