Key Account Manager – Sales Hunter

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Hunter / Account Manager to identify and acquire new customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts. The role blends new‑business development (“hunting”) with ongoing account management to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within current accounts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, law or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (depending on the market).
