Knowledge Transfer Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Knowledge Transfer Specialist to lead the dissemination of technical expertise across our oil and gas plant operations. The role focuses on designing and delivering training sessions that ensure departmental processes and systems are understood and applied consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training programs covering technical aspects of oil and gas plant operations.
• Translate complex departmental procedures into clear, actionable learning materials.
• Assess knowledge gaps and tailor sessions to meet the needs of diverse teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align training with current plant standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of diversified experience, including at least 10 years in oil and gas plant environments.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge effectively and conduct technical training.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
