About the role
DeepSource Technologies is looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer based in Riyadh, KSA. The role provides advanced technical support, incident resolution and operational stability across Linux, Windows and network environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms
- Perform advanced system and application monitoring and analysis
- Troubleshoot OS, application and connectivity issues
- Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence
- Support on-site technical interventions when required
- Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors
- Communicate directly with clients on issues and updates
- Contribute to operational improvements and preventive actions
Required profile
- Strong Linux and Windows administration experience
- Solid understanding of monitoring and performance analysis
- Good networking troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools
- Strong English fluency
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Saudi National
