Landscaping Worker

About the role

Al Nafees Manpower Consultant is recruiting a Landscaping Worker for a full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor areas, following site schedules, safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform practical landscaping and grounds‑maintenance duties, including planting, watering, pruning, trimming and caring for grass, flowers, shrubs and trees.
• Prepare soil, spread compost or fertilizer, remove weeds and support basic irrigation activities.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and routine landscaping equipment safely.
• Keep gardens, walkways, planting areas and work zones clean and orderly, and collect green waste for proper disposal.
• Report damaged plants, irrigation issues, equipment faults or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Practical experience in gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or outdoor labour.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand and work outdoors for extended periods, including in hot weather.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, cleanliness and a positive work attitude.
• Willingness to follow work schedules, supervisor instructions and safety procedures.

Required skills

• Safe handling of hand tools and basic landscaping equipment.
• Basic understanding of soil preparation, irrigation, drainage and plant care.
• Ability to identify plant damage, pests, irrigation problems and hazards.
