Launch Program Manager – Amazon Now

About the role

We are looking for a Launch Program Manager to lead the rollout of new Amazon fulfillment centers in Saudi Arabia. You will own strategic and tactical cross‑functional projects that enable rapid expansion of Amazon’s logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Define program requirements and critical milestones by working backwards from the customer.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks, ensuring timely completion of Road to Launch tasks.
• Coordinate multiple teams, both technical and non‑technical, to execute launch activities.
• Gather and analyse launch performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Present status, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• At least 3 years of implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
