Lawyer (Full-Time)

About the role

Horizon Justice Law Firm is looking for an experienced lawyer to join its Jeddah office on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will represent clients in courts and arbitration, provide legal advice, and handle a wide range of transactional and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts, arbitration panels, and judicial or quasi‑judicial authorities.
• Advocate for and defend clients’ rights and interests with professionalism and competence.
• Provide oral and written legal advice on a wide range of matters.
• Explain applicable laws, procedures, and strategies clearly to clients.
• Draft contracts, agreements, memoranda, pleadings, objections, and other legal documents accurately.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on statutes, case law, and legal principles.
• Analyze legal facts and provide sound assessments and recommendations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of case progress.
• Communicate and negotiate with opposing parties.
• Stay up to date with legal developments through reading and training.
• Adhere strictly to legal ethics, professional conduct standards, and client confidentiality.
• Use the Najiz platform and other government portals to submit pleadings and documents timely.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor that serve the firm’s interests.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in law firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
• Valid license to practice law.
• Strong practical experience across various types of legal cases.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
