L&D Project Manager – Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

PwC Academy is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Project Manager to lead and deliver talent‑building initiatives across Saudi Arabia. You will work within the Management Consulting team, partnering with government and corporate clients to design, implement and scale upskilling programmes that support regional transformation agendas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor end‑to‑end L&D projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline and quality standards.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop training curricula, learning materials and digital content.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including client senior leaders, internal consultants and external partners.
• Track project performance, produce status reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment of learning solutions with PwC Academy’s strategic objectives and regional transformation goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing learning and development projects, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia and adapt to a fast‑moving, technology‑forward culture.
