Lead Account Manager – Fixed Wireless Access (Middle East)

About the role

As a Lead Account Manager focusing on Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) at Nokia, you will drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key customers in the Middle East, primarily Zain and DU. You will identify and develop business opportunities by understanding customer needs, the competitive landscape, and Nokia’s innovative FWA CPE portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve financial targets for the FWA CPE business across assigned customers and territories.
• Understand customer requirements and position FWA solutions to meet business objectives.
• Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy, contract negotiations and creation of competitive offers.
• Identify new business opportunities through market, customer and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance products, processes and customer value propositions.
• Provide sales leadership, mentorship and best‑practice sharing across the organization.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in telecommunications, engineering or business administration.
• 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within the telecom sector.
• Strong understanding of FWA technology, network architecture and 3GPP standards.
• Knowledge of overall networking solutions and the industry landscape.
• Cross‑cultural communication skills and a global mindset with a proven record of leading cross‑functional teams.
