Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead AI Generative Designer to head the creation of high‑quality, realistic AI‑generated visual content. Based in Saudi Arabia and working with a globally distributed remote team, you will shape the strategy, standards and technical roadmap for large‑scale image production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee scalable AI‑powered creative pipelines that deliver consistent, realistic visuals.
• Design, build and optimise generative AI workflows using modern platforms and automation tools.
• Automate large‑scale content production through batch processing, APIs, scripting and workflow orchestration.
• Establish technical standards and best practices across multiple content streams.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, tools and techniques, validate their performance and integrate them into production.
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase quality, speed and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative and technical stakeholders to align AI‑generated assets with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide team members on efficient workflows, technical excellence and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI‑driven visual design projects at scale.
• Strong artistic eye with a focus on realism, composition and lighting.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and automated pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
