Lead Business Analyst

About the role

The Lead Business Analyst will oversee analysis activities across multiple fintech and digital transformation projects, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and consistent methodology. You will mentor a team of Business Analysts, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and act as the escalation point for complex analysis challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Define, standardize and enforce Business Analysis methodologies, templates and governance across the organization.
• Manage, mentor and develop Business Analysts, including performance management and resource allocation.
• Provide direction to Senior Business Analysts and act as escalation point for cross‑project conflicts.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, clients and partners to understand business needs and define strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and DevOps teams to align business objectives with system implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices and recommend innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 7–10 years of Business Analyst experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong experience in fintech, banking or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and manage complex stakeholder environments.
