About the role
The Lead Project Engineer will drive end‑to‑end engineering delivery for complex programs, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence and risk mitigation from planning through commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver projects on‑time and within budget.
- Own technical scope and engineering deliverables.
- Reduce project risks through proactive mitigation.
- Coordinate stakeholders to unblock engineering execution.
- Ensure quality via reviews, testing and commissioning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of engineering project leadership experience.
- Proven delivery of complex projects from design to commissioning.
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and processes.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation ability.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
- Ownership, accountability and risk‑aware planning.
